Consider adding support for keyboard shortcuts containing both Ctrl and Alt
So, tmplt stopped working today and this addon seems to do what I used tmplt for. But keyboard shortcut to copy bbcode uses either ctrl or alt. It would be nice if you can add support for using both for a single shortcut. For instance, I have been using ctrl+alt+z to copy bbcode for years now. I suppose I can use Alt+Z as it should not conflict with anything else. Also a notification when the code is copied!

How can I make it work on a local file?
How do I make it work on a webpage loaded from my computer? When I try to copy, nothing goes to the clipboard. But it works on websites online.

Permissions
This looks really useful, but the permissions worry me. 'Modify what you copy and paste' is pretty self-explanatory, but 'Read and change all data on websites you visit' is pretty off-putting. What exactly am I allowing this app to do if I install it?
