*** Deutsch ist unter dem Englischem:-) *** Stop the chaos in your downloads folder. 3D Model Auto-Downloader sorts your 3D printing files (STL, 3MF, GCODE, PDF) and ZIP archives from MakerWorld, Printables and Thingiverse automatically, as you download them. Instead of dropping everything loose into your default downloads folder, every model gets its own clean subfolder. Just download a model the way you always do – the extension detects it and files everything under STL_Downloads/. SUPPORTED SITES – Thingiverse (individual files as well as "Download All" ZIP archives) – MakerWorld (Bambu Lab) – Printables (Prusa) HIGHLIGHTS – Automatic folder structure in the format "ModelName_von_Platform_Date" – Background ZIP extraction: archives are unpacked right in the browser, so files land individually in the target folder with their internal structure intact – Image preview: the model's thumbnail is saved as "preview" in the same folder – Transliteration: Cyrillic characters in file and folder names are converted to the Latin alphabet automatically, avoiding problems on Windows – Notifications: a quiet summary tells you how many files were downloaded WHAT THE ICON TELLS YOU – Blue: extension active, ordinary page – Green: extension active, you are on a supported site – Yellow: paused until the next browser restart The icon menu lets you pause the extension at any time or switch on debug mode. Note: pages that were already open when you installed the extension need to be reloaded once before detection works on them. Note: the extension's interface is currently in German. An English version is planned. PRIVACY This extension works entirely locally in your browser. No data is transmitted to external servers or logged. Permissions are used solely to organise your downloads and to read the model name and preview image from the model page you have open. Anstatt alles lose in den Standard-Download-Ordner zu werfen, bekommt jedes Modell einen eigenen, sauberen Unterordner. Einfach das Modell wie gewohnt herunterladen – die Erweiterung erkennt den Download und legt die Dateien unter STL_Downloads/ ab. UNTERSTÜTZTE SEITEN – Thingiverse (Einzeldateien sowie "Download All"-ZIP-Archive) – MakerWorld (Bambu Lab) – Printables (Prusa) HIGHLIGHTS – Automatische Ordnerstruktur im Format "Modellname_von_Plattform_Datum" – ZIP-Entpackung im Hintergrund: Archive werden direkt im Browser entpackt, sodass die Dateien einzeln im Zielordner liegen – die interne Ordnerstruktur bleibt erhalten – Bild-Vorschau: Das Vorschaubild des Modells wird als "preview" mit in den Ordner gelegt – Transliteration: Kyrillische Schriftzeichen in Datei- und Ordnernamen werden automatisch ins lateinische Alphabet übertragen, damit es unter Windows keine Probleme gibt – Benachrichtigungen: Eine dezente Zusammenfassung informiert dich nach dem Download über die Anzahl der geladenen Dateien DAS ICON ZEIGT DIR DEN STATUS – Blau: Erweiterung aktiv, normale Seite – Grün: Erweiterung aktiv, du bist auf einer unterstützten Seite – Gelb: Erweiterung pausiert bis zum nächsten Browser-Neustart Über das Icon-Menü lässt sich die Erweiterung jederzeit pausieren oder der Debug-Modus aktivieren. Hinweis: Seiten, die beim Installieren schon offen waren, musst du einmal neu laden, damit die Erkennung dort greift. DATENSCHUTZ Diese Erweiterung arbeitet vollständig lokal in deinem Browser. Es werden keinerlei Daten an externe Server übertragen oder protokolliert. Die Berechtigungen werden ausschließlich benötigt, um Downloads zu organisieren und Modellnamen sowie Vorschaubild der geöffneten Modellseite auszulesen.
