Will this program allow you to route for commercial vehile road restrictions ?( example: commercial trucks forbidden on Parkways)

I signed up for Routora Plus - Paid for it, but it only shows I have the free Account

I signed up and paid for Routora plus, it appears the subscriptions changed, and now I don't have the access I once had, it shows I only have the "free" account, when I paid.

Extension and Website Not Working

Clicking to optimize my 9 stop route, which should be optimized for FREE, opens two tabs on chrome ( https://www.routora.com/playground ) and does nothing on the already open tab of google.maps to optimize my route. I then attempted to use the website (because it opened it itself) and it says I need to pay even though (again) my trip is 9 stops. It seems that in an attempt to monetize you've locked users out?

Route not optimized

The route order of a Colorado road trip I am planning for April not only caused the trip to become longer somehow, but it was also rerouted to include a stop all the way at my home address in NJ.

Not Working

Hello, when I click on the button to optimise my route; it just loads and does not actually plan it. How can this be solved?
