Keyword tool not accurate?

I am disappointed that your Chrome Extension is not retrieving accurate results. I was given this keyword tool as a suggestion just yesterday and already it's showing wrong data. Its saying my keyword is not in top 100 when its on page 1.

I could show you a screenshot but its not allowing it here.

EXTENSION VERY SLOW

I love using your extension but its just too slow to the point its not worth using

When I paste in a keyword & try to edit a certain word it freezes up and takes over a minute to delete a word or make a edit
