Packs your Google Tasks lists into a tidy masonry grid, shows open-task counts per list, and can blur task text for screen sharing.

Pittiri ("pitchiri", Japanese for "packed snugly with no gaps") is a browser extension that packs your Google Tasks lists into a gap-free masonry layout. Once you have several lists, Google Tasks lines them up in a single row that runs off the edge of the screen. Pittiri arranges them into the number of columns you choose, with no empty space under short lists, so you can see every list at a glance. MAIN FEATURES • Masonry layout: Arranges your lists into the number of columns you choose, with no gaps • Columns, gap and packing: Change the columns (1–12), gap (0–64px) and packing (Normal / Tight / Keep order) in the popup. Changes apply instantly • Task count badges: Shows the number of open tasks next to each list header • Blur task content: Blurs task titles, notes and dates. Hovering a list reveals only that list, so you can stream or share your screen with confidence • Synced settings: Chrome sync shares your settings across devices signed in to the same account • Layout change notice: If a Google Tasks update stops Pittiri from working, a notice appears in the bottom-right corner HOW TO USE Install it and open Google Tasks. You can adjust the arrangement in the popup from the Pittiri toolbar icon, and turning off the switch at the top right returns to the original view. REQUIREMENTS • Chrome 120 or later (Chromium-based browsers) • Google Tasks (tasks.google.com), in the "All tasks" view where multiple lists are shown PRIVACY • Pittiri does not collect or send your personal information or the content of your tasks • Only your settings and the records the extension needs to work are saved, inside your browser NOTES • Updates to Google Tasks may stop some features from working.
