Fillmore fills long web forms from your own documents, shows where every answer came from, asks when it isn't sure, and leaves Submit to you. HOW IT WORKS 1. Add your documents: passport, ID card, payslip, utility bill, as PDF, text or photo. Fillmore reads them on your device and builds a profile you can check and edit. 2. Open a long form, like a visa, insurance or job application. 3. Press Fill. Every filled field is marked with the document it came from. 4. Read it through and submit it yourself. Fillmore never presses Submit. IT WON'T GUESS When your passport and your electricity bill have different addresses, it asks which one this form should use. Unclear date formats, options it can't match and values that don't fit become a question with a tap-to-answer choice, not a guess. THE PENGUIN Allow it on the sites you choose and a small penguin appears next to forms: • "I can fill 8 fields": one click fills only what it's sure of; Undo puts the page back. • Fill a form by hand and it remembers what you typed for next time, with Undo. It notices the send however the site does it, and if a form says "Thank you" after you typed, it still offers to save. • Attach your resume or proof of address once, and it attaches it again next time a form asks. • Point at Submit and it lists required fields still empty, values the page will reject, and what's yours to do. • A "?" next to confusing form terms explains them in plain words. • Stays away from sign-in pages and web apps like calendars and editors. Turn it off for any site in one click, pause for an hour or pause everywhere. Drag it anywhere. • Optional: on sites you choose, it fills what it's sure of as soon as a form opens. Off by default; Undo is one click. • Remembers your answers to screening questions (years of experience, yes/no questions, notice period) and fills them on the next application. READS FIELDS THE WAY PEOPLE WRITE THEM Sites name the same field in different ways. Fillmore recognises them as the same field, learns the names each site uses, and understands labels in Hindi and Marathi too. HISTORY OF FORMS YOU SENT Fillmore keeps a history of the forms you send: when, on which site, and every answer, marked as typed by you, filled by Fillmore or set by the page. Search it, copy an answer, delete an entry, or press "Use these answers here" to fill the same form again (empty fields only; you still submit). It stays on your device, is sealed with your passphrase, and never includes passwords, card numbers, one-time codes, hidden fields or sign-in forms. Turn it off in Settings. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Everything stays on your device. There is no Fillmore server and no account. • Optional passphrase encrypts your profile, history and kept files. • Never fills passwords, payment cards, CAPTCHAs, one-time codes or hidden fields. • Deleting a document deletes everything that came from it; Wipe deletes it all. • No analytics, no tracking, no ads. OPTIONAL: YOUR OWN AI KEY Without a key, Fillmore reads text and PDFs on your device and maps fields with built-in rules. To read photos and scans, and to get help with unusual fields (labels only, never your values), you can add a key from an AI provider you already use, or run a model on your own computer so nothing leaves it. Fillmore talks only to the provider you choose, with the same safety checks for every provider.
