Choose the 21-day plan. Start with light resistance, then see how your feed time and posts viewed change as scrolling gets harder. scrollharder.lol adds scroll resistance to YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, X, Reddit and Facebook on desktop Chrome and Brave. Your feeds stay available; moving to the next post takes more input. Reddit support covers home, subreddit, search and custom feeds, plus individual posts and comment threads on modern and old Reddit. Typing in comment boxes stays usable. Messages, settings, wikis and post editors keep their normal controls. Instagram Home is optional in Settings and off by default. Facebook covers the Home feed and Reels; enable its switch in Settings or the popup. Messages, Stories, profiles, Marketplace and other non-feed pages are excluded. Instagram totals combine Reels with Home only when enabled. Keep the feed. Lose the autopilot. YOUR 21-DAY PLAN Start at 10× resistance. It increases automatically to 2500× on day 21, following elapsed calendar days. Selected feed switches stay on during the plan; you can switch to manual mode in Settings. See today's estimated feed time and posts in the popup. Open Settings for each site's daily, weekly and monthly history. After six measured past days, compare feed time in your first three with your latest three. Follow the numbers as the plan progresses. These are observed changes, not guaranteed reductions or proven time saved. Prefer your own pace? Manual mode keeps resistance fixed from 50× to 2500×.
