AutoTender Bid Assistant

Drives the Odisha eProcurement portal's bid screens for a chosen tender, and hands back before signing, payment and upload.

AutoTender Bid Assistant is for service providers who prepare tender bids on the Odisha eProcurement portal on behalf of contractors. It works the portal's bid-preparation screens for a tender you have already selected in AutoTender. You log in to the portal yourself, including the digital signature step. The assistant then finds the tender, opens it, and works forward through the bid screens: the terms declaration, bidder details, and the EMD exemption questions. At each point where the portal asks for a figure, it checks the portal's number against the one recorded in AutoTender and stops if they disagree. It hands control back to you before the things that cannot be undone. It does not enter your login or password, does not touch the digital signature token or its PIN, does not attach bid documents, does not choose a payment method or authorise a payment, and never presses Freeze Bid. Those are yours. The assistant only runs on the Odisha eProcurement portal and on AutoTender's own pages. It does nothing on any other site. Requires an AutoTender account. Without one the extension does nothing.
