Jarel
Overview
A legal assistant in your browser. It asks before it acts.
Jarel is a legal-work platform. This extension puts it beside whatever you are already looking at. Ask in plain language — "pull the key dates out of this judgment", "fill this intake form from the matter I have open", "quote the part of this that covers termination" — and Jarel reads the page and gets on with it. You stay in control • Jarel has access to no site until you allow it, one site at a time. You can revoke any of them whenever you like. • Anything that sends, submits, files, pays or deletes stops and asks you first, in plain language, before it happens. • Passwords and payment fields are never filled in. Jarel will ask you to do those yourself. • Completing an e-signature or filing to a court is something Jarel will not do, whatever it is asked. • Every action is recorded in your workspace's audit log, so there is a durable record of what was done on a client matter. A word about web pages Web pages sometimes contain text written specifically to mislead an AI assistant. Jarel treats everything on a page as information rather than as instructions, and asks you before doing anything consequential — but read the confirmations before approving them. That prompt is the point. Requires a Jarel account. Sign in at jarel.se, then connect this browser from Settings → Integrations → Chrome.
