Janus Vault

Autofill credentials from your Janus vault, and capture new passwords as you sign in.

Janus Vault is the browser companion for the Janus credential vault at scitus.ca. Sign in once and Janus Vault will: • Autofill — drop the right username, password, or 2FA code into a site's login form on demand. • Capture — offer to save a new password to your vault as you sign in somewhere. • Authenticator — show the live 6-digit 2FA code for the site you're on, with a copy/fill button. • Unlock fast — after your first sign-in you can re-open the vault with a device PIN (and Touch ID in Safari), so you don't retype your password every time. You stay signed in only on devices you choose to remember, and any device can be revoked. Security by design: • Your credentials only ever travel between your browser and your own Janus vault at scitus.ca, over HTTPS. Nothing is sent to any third party. • Secrets are read only when you explicitly click Fill or Copy — the extension does not harvest page content. • Vault items can be standard, escrowed, or zero-knowledge (end-to-end encrypted); zero-knowledge secrets are never readable by anyone but you. • No ads, no analytics, no tracking.
