Runs opted-in JannyAI exporter scans through local ClamAV Native Messaging.

JannyAI ClamAV Companion JannyAI ClamAV Companion adds optional local antivirus scanning to the JannyAI Character Card Exporter userscript. When scanning is enabled, the companion transfers exported character-card PNG and JSON data to a locally installed Native Messaging host, which uses ClamAV to scan the content before the browser downloads it. Features: - Optional antivirus scanning, disabled by default. - Local scanning through ClamAV. - Supports JSON, PNG character cards, and raw JSON backups. - Clean exports proceed to download. - Detected threats and scanning failures block the affected download. - No analytics, advertising, or remote upload of character-card content. Requirements: This extension requires the JannyAI Character Card Exporter userscript, its Native Messaging host, and ClamAV. It is not a standalone character-card exporter or a general-purpose browser antivirus. This beta currently targets Linux. Windows and macOS support has not been verified.
