I think Jam is a great tool for capturing bugs and recording evidence. As a highlight, I would like the navigation on the platform to be more user-friendly and, in the future, to scale to an app instead of just a Chrome extension. Additionally, it would be great if Jam's logs weren't shown in the console, as they sometimes bring in a lot of unnecessary information.
