Conversation Manager for ChatGPT helps you manage conversations in your own account. The current version lets you clean up temporary or no-longer-needed conversations without deleting them one by one. KEY FEATURES • Load conversations in batches of up to 100, with manual “Load more” control. • Search titles and select exactly which conversations to delete. • Process one deletion at a time with a paced local queue. • Automatically back off and retry when ChatGPT returns a rate limit or temporary error. • Continue while switching to another tab, window, or app, as long as Chrome and a signed-in ChatGPT tab remain open. • View total, completed, waiting, and failed counts in a persistent task dashboard. • Resume the saved queue after the extension service worker restarts. • Use the interface in English or Simplified Chinese. PRIVACY-FIRST DESIGN • No developer-controlled server. • No analytics or advertising tracking. • Conversation metadata and queue state remain on your device. • ChatGPT session tokens are not stored, logged, or sent to the developer. • The optional Buy Me a Coffee link does not include conversation data or extension telemetry. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open and sign in to chatgpt.com. 2. Open Conversation Manager and load your conversations. 3. Search and select the conversations you want to remove. 4. Confirm the deletion task. 5. Follow progress from the persistent task dashboard. Keep Chrome and a signed-in ChatGPT tab open while a task is running. You may switch to other tabs, windows, or applications. IMPORTANT Deleted conversations cannot be restored. Review your selection carefully before confirming. Conversation Manager for ChatGPT is an independent extension.
