JACVault captures job postings wherever you find them and brings them straight into your application workspace. This extension is the companion to the web app at app.jacvault.de — it collects, the app turns it into your application. ── WHAT THE EXTENSION DOES ──────────────────────────── • Capture jobs from LinkedIn, Stepstone & Indeed Automatically detects job postings on LinkedIn, Stepstone and Indeed (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). One click saves the title, company, location and the full posting text to your "Saved jobs" inbox — without using any credits. The text stays even if the posting later goes offline. • Capture any page (Universal Capture) Company careers page, niche job board, your own listing: you can turn any page into a job posting. Title and company are detected automatically when you create the application. Access to a page is granted per page at runtime — never automatically at install time. • Import your LinkedIn profile Export your own LinkedIn profile via "Resources → Save to PDF" and upload the PDF. JACVault builds your profile from it: work history, education and skills. The fastest way to get started. ── WHO IT'S FOR ─────────────────────────────────────── For anyone applying on the German-speaking job market who wants to keep track of open roles — instead of hoarding tabs or losing links. The extension interface is in German. ── HOW IT WORKS WITH THE APP ────────────────────────── The extension connects automatically through your signed-in session on app.jacvault.de. No second login, no separate account. Captured jobs land in your "Saved jobs" inbox; from there you start the application whenever you like. ── PRIVACY ──────────────────────────────────────────── • Page content is read only when you click "Capture". • Access to a domain is granted per page at runtime, not at installation. • Your application data and the design of your documents stay separate: what you save are facts and posting texts — no silent background reading.
