J-PlatPat図面の回転・拡大率を保持して自動適用します

この拡張機能は J-PlatPat の特許図面表示画面で、拡大・縮小・回転操作を自動で適用するためのものです。 J-PlatPatの特許図面表示画面では、特許出願した際の方向のまま図面が表示されるため、本来の角度から90度回転して表示されることがあります。また、画像が大きい場合も縮小されずにそのまま表示されます。そのため、画像を表示するごとに回転や縮小ボタンを押す必要があります。同じ回転、縮小の処理で適切な表示になる場合が多いため、その設定を保存して自動的に適用する拡張機能です。
