Adds CSS and Javascript that improve the ITP checkout app, especially for Floor Staff.

Adds quality of life improvement to the ITP checkout site (especially for floor staff). Current features: - Hides "Update your picture" banner. - Adds "Due in X hours/days/weeks" in addition to due date More UI features to come. This app doesn't collect any data.
