Hide games, developers and tags you don't want to see on itch.io. Not affiliated with itch.io.

ItchMute lets you hide games and developers on itch.io, which has no built-in way to ignore them. Every game card in the lists gets an "Ignore game" and an "Ignore dev" button. Ignored cards are replaced by a small notice (with "View" and "Stop hiding" buttons) or removed completely, as you prefer. The same buttons appear on game pages and developer profiles. Tags: next to the related tags of the browse pages there is a "-" button that uses itch.io's own "exclude" filter. It works while you are logged in, one tag at a time. Settings: turn hiding on or off, choose between notice and removal, search and remove ignored games and developers, export and import your list as JSON, and change the language (Spanish and English). Open them from the extension's options. Privacy: it doesn't collect or send any data. Your list is stored only in your browser. It only works on itch.io pages. Support: the settings page includes an optional link to Ko-fi for anyone who wants to support the project. It unlocks nothing and isn't needed to use the extension.
