IT Portal Agent
Overview
Agent console for your IT Portal: machine identity, one-time sign-in code, and one-click access to authorized resources.
IT Portal Agent is an enterprise extension deployed by your organization's IT department. It securely connects your managed workstation to your company's IT Portal. What it does - Sign-in code — shows a one-time code for signing in to your IT Portal. No passwords. - Machine identity — reports a device identifier to your organization's portal so IT can bind this device to your account. If your IT administrator has provisioned them via enterprise (managed) policy, it also reports your computer name and BIOS serial number. The extension does not read these by itself and does not access your files or browsing history — the computer name and serial come only from your IT-managed policy. - One-click resources — opens your authorized work resources in a new tab and signs you in automatically. Privacy This extension works only inside the environment of the organization that licensed it. All data — machine identity and credentials — is sent only to your organization's own IT Portal over HTTPS. The developer receives only a software-license check; no personal data is collected, stored, sold, or used for any unrelated purpose. Setup Installed and configured by your IT administrator. If you have questions, please contact your IT team.
