Surfaces participant program status (PRS Admin, AppSheet) inside the Zoho SalesIQ chat sidebar for Isha IE chat volunteers.
Isha Chat Support Helper surfaces a participant's Inner Engineering Step 7 program status — pulled from PRS Admin and the AppSheet Participant Logs tool — directly inside the Zoho SalesIQ chat sidebar. Built for Isha Foundation chat-support volunteers who currently context-switch across three browser tabs to answer one participant question. ▶ WHAT THE HELPER DOES When a chat opens in Zoho SalesIQ, the helper reads the participant's email from the sidebar and runs a parallel lookup across: • PRS Admin — Profile Information, Progress, current Step, and Sessions history. • AppSheet Participant Logs (isha.co/support_tool_web) — the participant's support card and full activity log. Results stream into a collapsible dropdown injected directly into the Zoho sidebar. When the volunteer switches chats, the lookup re-runs automatically for the new participant. ▶ HOW THE LOOKUP WORKS On first use, the helper opens one dedicated Chrome window with two tabs (PRS Admin and AppSheet) and reuses them for every subsequent lookup, so no tab clutter accumulates over a shift. The window is automatically reopened if it gets closed. Both internal systems require Isha SSO — the helper does not log in for you; it acts only on behalf of an already-authenticated volunteer. ▶ WHO IT'S FOR This is a private, trusted-tester listing for authorized Isha Foundation chat-support volunteers. The extension is not useful — and is not designed to be installed — without Isha SSO credentials for PRS Admin and the AppSheet Participant Logs tool. ▶ PRIVACY • The participant's email is read from the Zoho SalesIQ sidebar and used only to query the internal Isha tools the volunteer is already logged into. • Lookup results are held in browser memory only and discarded when the chat closes. • Nothing is sent to any third party. All network calls go to Isha-owned systems the volunteer is already authenticated to. • No browsing history is collected, no general web tracking, no analytics.
