No longer works. All the features I disabled such as password saving turned themselves back on and get in the way. I can't find the settings to turn them off again. Some features such as the Tracking blocker tell me that I can't have it unless I use Chrome or Firefox. It tells me this whilst I'm literally reading the message inside the Chrome browser. Just broken. It keeps telling me to move my data from Blur to IronVest and neither button does anything at all so the settings are block... Show more

New update is awful - I used Blur for email masking only but since the move to IronVest it's trying to take over everything and arguing with my chosen password manager. IronVest have removed the ability to turn off the auto-fill for specific features - this means I now have to disable the extension completely and re-enable it when I need to generate a masked email. I regret having so many accounts now 'tied' to a service that doesn't work properly. It will be a real pain to migrate all of ... Show more
Thank you for your feedback and for being a loyal customer. We truly value your support and understand your frustration. The new extension was rebuilt to comply with Google’s new requirements, which unfortunately left some gaps in functionality. It is absolutely our intention to bring back the ability to turn off auto-fill for specific features, and we’re actively working on it. Please stay tuned—this feature will be returning soon. We appreciate your patience as we continue to improve the new extension!

Sadly, Ironvest browser extension no longer functions after they dropped the Blur software. It is also unfortunate that before this change Ironvest never invested the effort to improve its overall functioning. I am glad I started switching everything over to Proton Pass before this happened. The same company which provides encrypted email through Protonmail, and ProtonVPN for online privacy. They even have Proton Drive for encrypted cloud storage. I trust Proton more than any other internet... Show more

terrible since they ended support for Blur. I migrated my data FOUR TIMES and it still won't show up correctly. Now the extension popup prevents functionality - I can't even type passwords into the text box fields, and the icon obstructs the view/hide on password boxes. Going to uninstall and go back to roboform.

This system has sucked since it became Ironvest, now the extension has been "upgraded" again and it's completely broken. I'm not in the US so I can't use most of the features, but now there's no settings to turn off the stuff I don't need so it's destroyed my UI by overlaying everywhere I don't want it to. Extension has to be removed which means I can't used masked emails anymore, which means I'll stop paying for my three premium subscriptions.

After this company got sold to IronVest, it doesn't work anymore. I don't have time to figure it out anymore. If there is a customer service rep then I could talk to then that would have helped possibly.

9 times out of 10 when I put my cursor into a box that requires username/password Ironvest doesn't pick up because it randomly logs me out of the ironvest account. Once I log myself back into Ironvest I have to re-fresh the screen at least 5 times before their website decides to show my list of usernames/passwords. This has been an issue since I"ve installed the extension and has nothing to do with the new Google requirements.

love your app extension tremendous hep. Today Chrome disabled/remove it from their allowed extensions. VERY frustrating.
Thank you for your support and for sharing your frustration! Chrome recently required all extensions to update to a new version (Manifest V3). We’ve already released the updated version of IronVest. If your extension was disabled, you can update it directly in Chrome: 1. Open Chrome and go to Menu > Extensions > Manage Extensions. 2. Find IronVest and click Update at the top of the page. 3. If IronVest isn’t there, search for it in the Chrome Web Store and reinstall it. We appreciate your patience during this transition and are here to help if you run into any issues!

Latest update is complete garbage. Everything is a major step backward. Edit: Yaron Dror responded saying the changes are driven by Google's new extension requirements, but it's really driven by a new monetization plan.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We genuinely appreciate you taking the time to let us know how you feel about the new update. The change you’re experiencing was driven by Google’s requirement for all extensions to transition to Manifest V3. This essentially meant we had to rebuild the entire extension from the ground up, which has been a significant shift for us and many other developers. While we understand the transition hasn’t been perfect, the new version already includes improvements under the hood, like enhanced security and performance. More importantly, this change unlocks the ability for us to add exciting new features that many of our users have been requesting. Over the next few months, you’ll see updates rolling out that will bring back familiar functionality while introducing powerful new tools to make your experience even better. We’re actively working to address any issues and make the extension as seamless as possible. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve, and we hope you’ll stick with us to see how much better the extension is going to get! Edit: I want to address the comment about monetization – I have no idea where this came from, but it is completely false. The changes to the extension were entirely driven by Google’s requirement to transition all extensions to Manifest v3. This required us to rebuild the extension from scratch. We are proud of what we’ve already built and are excited about the improvements and new functionality we will continue to roll out in the coming months.

The latest update caused Vivaldi's CPU usage to spike significantly. It has rendered my laptop unusable.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience. Our developers are actively investigating, but to resolve this quickly, we’d greatly appreciate more details about your setup. Could you submit a support ticket with information like your Vivaldi version, operating system, and any specific scenarios where the CPU spikes occur? This will help us pinpoint the issue. While our extension should work on any Chromium-based browser, we officially support Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. That said, we’re committed to providing the best experience possible and will do our best to look into this further. Thank you for your patience and feedback!
