Iron Hour lets you decide how much time you can spend on each website, and blocks the site once that time is used up. Install it and start right away WHAT IT DOES Daily usage limits Give each site a daily cap, like 30 minutes a day for YouTube. Set it to 0 and the site is always blocked. Time-of-day limits Block sites at certain times on certain days, like social media from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. on weeknights. All sites at once Apply a rule to every site and make exceptions for the ones you need for work or school. Strict mode Pick a period from 10 minutes to 30 days. Until it ends, you can't delete or change your rules, and the extensions page won't open. Useful if you tend to switch your limits off. Today's usage Click the toolbar icon to see how long you've spent on each site and how much time is left. PRIVACY Your usage history stays on your computer. Nothing is sent to any server. TIP To apply limits in Incognito windows too, open the extension's details page and turn on "Allow in Incognito." SUPPORT Iron Hour is made by one person.
