Absolute pain to use trying to do my practice test multiple times and only having it work 3 times out of god knows how many attempts to access it without coming up with an error message. The tips or help page do not work and after redoing the same steps multiple times i can say that this is absolute hassle to use and does not work

Bloody hell. I don't know why the university opt to use this useless software. Wasting my time. Not a user friendly at all.
