Most posts are listed as red "None" but actually have placement.

I love this app and have used it religiously, but recently it started showing most of my videos as not being placed. When I go into the product and look, I have placement. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the extension a few times and that hasn't helped. Please help!

Stopping Working After Opening Menu

It worked when I first installed it. But once I opened the Extension menu, it started throwing an error: "missing asin or html"

Not working anymore

I have not been able to use the extension for about two days now. What can I do? Ive removed and reinstalled. Uninstalled chrome and reinstalled

No longer working

This is a great app. Love all the features! However, recently I noticed that it is not locating any of the ASINs and so ultimately it's not functioning anymore for me.

Extension table

The IPX shortcut is in my browser top area but tonight the table of product info and link maker is not popping up on my amazon product pages. When I click on the pinned extension in browser area it says Missing asin or html

Video Placement not showing on Creator Hub

I can see IPX info on Amazon search and on my storefront but I cannot see video placement on my Creator Hub. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Placement, Amazon Sold and Earnings data missing

The Placement just says "checking"
Amazon Sold and Earnings are blank.
Is there a way for me to fix this?

I do not have a sync option :(

Hello! I am just getting started. I added the extension to my Chrome browser. After doing this it it said "Please login to Creator Hub to activate the extenson. After login, click the sync button below." I clicked the link and logged into the creator hub after this when I went back to the extension there was no sync button. I have deleted the extension and installed it again, reset my compluter, logged in on a different computer and it still will not allow me to sync after logging in on the Creator Hub. I am stuck and cannot proceed further. Can you please help me trouble shoot this.
