Bulk Manager for ChatGPT

Select multiple ChatGPT conversations to archive, delete or move to projects. Organise your chat history from the sidebar.

Bulk delete ChatGPT chats, archive multiple conversations, and move selected chats into projects—all from your sidebar. Bulk Manager for ChatGPT is a free Chrome extension that helps you organise your chat history without managing every conversation individually. SELECT MULTIPLE CONVERSATIONS Use sidebar checkboxes to select individual chats or all currently loaded conversations. BULK ARCHIVE CHATS Clear selected conversations from your sidebar while keeping them recoverable through ChatGPT’s archived chats settings. BULK DELETE CHATS Permanently delete selected conversations after confirming your batch. Deletions run one at a time, with progress shown during processing. The extension stops if an operation fails or cannot be verified. MOVE CHATS TO PROJECTS Discover your existing projects and move selected conversations into a destination project. KEEP YOUR WORKSPACE ORGANISED Minimise the panel and reopen it without clearing your selections. HOW TO USE Install the extension and refresh ChatGPT. Click “Bulk manage”. Select conversations using the sidebar checkboxes. Choose Archive Selected, Delete Permanently, or a destination project. PRIVACY Conversation selection and project metadata are processed locally in the ChatGPT page. The extension does not send your conversation data to a developer server and includes no advertising or analytics. FREE WITH OPTIONAL SUPPORT All features are free to use. An optional support button opens Ko-fi in a new tab, where you can tip the creator to support maintenance and improvements. No payment is required. IMPORTANT • Only currently loaded, selected conversations can be processed. Scroll to load older chats before selecting them. • English ChatGPT interface labels are currently required. • Permanent deletion cannot be undone. Use Archive if you want to keep conversations recoverable. • ChatGPT interface changes or service errors may interrupt operations. • Start with a disposable conversation before managing important history.
