LegalBridge E-File Assistant

Fill supported e-filing forms with prepared LegalBridge answers. You control updates, review and submission.

The LegalBridge E-File Assistant helps law firms fill supported agency e-filing forms using case answers prepared in LegalBridge. Complete the case questionnaire in LegalBridge, review validation results, and explicitly choose when to open an agency draft or apply updated answers. Only the agency tab opened for that filing receives the case’s prepared answers. Current support: • DS-160 on the U.S. Department of State’s CEAC website. • Opening a saved application without starting an automatic filling pass. • Applying prepared answers only when requested. • Tracking application IDs, filing progress and changed sections in LegalBridge. • Pausing filing when conflicting DS-160 activity is detected. You enter CEAC’s picture code and handle the applicant’s photo, final review, signing and submission. Completing a filling pass does not certify that an application is complete. Review every saved answer before signing or submitting. The extension handles the applicant information required for filing. Prepared answers are held in browser session memory while the filing session is active and entered into CEAC at your request. Application IDs and filing progress return to your LegalBridge case. The extension includes no advertising or analytics and does not load remotely hosted executable code. A LegalBridge account and authorized access to the case are required. This release supports DS-160; other e-filing forms are not enabled yet. LegalBridge is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of State.
