Logging In...Please Tell me This Program Isn't dead now

I'm not able to log in....I saw another user say something about it as well and that makes me super nervous that maybe its not live anymore. I also emailed asking what my email was that i signed up with because the email i thought i used, its asking me to pay for the plan again so i must have it wrong. Hope to hear back soon!
