IPEVO Whiteboard

I loved using this application during my lessons while sharing the screen, and then a week ago it suddenly stopped allowing me to use pen. I can click on it, and any color I choose simply doesnt leave a colored trace as it did before. My finger doesnt work over the touchscreen, and the pen doesn't work as well. What might be the issue? Thank you!

lOVE THIS SOFTWARE IT NEEDS SOME ALIGNMENT WITH MAKING IT EASIER TO MAKE DOCUMENTS HOWEVER IT WORKS BETTER THAN MANY OF THE OTHER ONLINE WHITEBOARDS I HAVE USED...
