iOPS — Change & Ticket Assistant iOPS is a lightweight browser extension designed to simplify Change ticket management and navigation within the MTN Irancell iCare platform. The extension helps users prepare, export, import, and review Change tickets while reducing repetitive manual data entry. KEY FEATURES • Change Export: Export supported Change form fields into a standalone HTML file for offline viewing and sharing. • Change Import: Import previously exported Change data into a new iCare Change form. • Offline HTML Viewer: Review exported Change details in a structured, readable format. • Dynamic Field Support: Handle supported dependent fields, Configuration Items, Related Project, and Jira autocomplete controls. • iCare Navigator: Quickly open MTNI, ITS, CT, and NGMYIR tickets using ticket IDs or URLs. • Import Progress: Track import progress, elapsed time, and field-level results. • Debug & Support: Access diagnostic information to help troubleshoot import issues. • Minimal Interface: A clean, compact design for everyday use. PRIVACY & SECURITY iOPS does not transfer login credentials, cookies, or session tokens between users. Exported Change files are saved locally, and the extension does not automatically submit Change tickets. IMPORTANT NOTES • iOPS is intended for authorized users of the MTN Irancell iCare platform. • An active iCare session and appropriate permissions are required. • Some dynamic fields may require manual review or completion. • Users are responsible for reviewing imported information before submitting a Change ticket.
