FestMind automates the tedious process of submitting films to international film festivals. It populates submission forms, attaches required media assets, selects categories, and adds entries to your cart without ever touching payment details or submitting automatically. IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT: This extension is a companion tool for the FestMind web platform (festmind.ai). It is free to install, but requires an active FestMind PRO subscription to perform automated festival submissions. To use this extension: 1. Create an account and set up your film project with a PRO plan at https://festmind.ai 2. Sign in to the extension via side panel or instant handshake to connect your film profile. 3. Launch automated form filling directly from your festival strategy or extension panel. Key Features • Fills in festival submission forms for you. FestMind takes your film's details from your FestMind profile and enters them into the submission form — title, synopsis, credits, genres, technical specs, and more. • Attaches your files. Posters, stills, press kit and other deliverables from your FestMind film profile are uploaded into the form for you. • Adds your screener. Your private screener link and password go into the right fields. • Highlights what needs your eyes. Every answer FestMind is unsure about is listed for review, so you check the guesses instead of the whole form. • Asks only what it doesn't know. If a form needs something missing from your profile, you answer it once in the side panel and the run continues. • You stay in control. FestMind never presses the final Submit button and never pays — you review, pay and send the entry yourself. On FilmFreeway it may add the entry to your cart and stops there. • Works only where you allow it. FestMind acts only on sites you explicitly grant access to, never reads payment pages, and never touches card details. • Progress in a side panel. Follow each step, pause or stop at any time, and get a notification when the form is ready for review or needs your input. • Private by design. Your FestMind password is never stored in the extension. A screenshot of the page is taken only when FestMind needs to see the layout to find a form control — never on payment or checkout pages — and is deleted 7 days after the submission ends.
