Overview

ion8 Call Connector is a custom web application that automatically logs calls from RingCentral into Zoho with ease.

The ion8 Call Connector browser extension is a call pop that allows users to easily make calls, view clients’ contextual information, and take notes directly without opening the application. Once installed and configured, the call pop becomes a part of the RingCentral app. When a call is received, the call pop pulls up the caller’s information if an associate lead is available in Zoho. The call pop displays the contact’s contextual information along with any notes if available. When an unrecognized caller comes in, their information can be saved as a Lead or associated with an existing Contact. The user can also create notes and follow-up tasks to make sure the next steps required after the call are not forgotten. Call Connector also stores AI-generated call summaries in the call log.
