LinkedIn Companion keeps your Ninja Prospecting CRM in step with the conversations you're already having on LinkedIn — without copying and pasting. When you open a LinkedIn conversation or profile in your own browser, the extension saves what's on your screen to the matching contact in your CRM workspace: the messages you exchanged, when they were sent, and the person's public profile details. Your team sees the whole relationship in one timeline, alongside email, notes, and tasks. WHAT IT DOES • Saves the LinkedIn messages you read onto the right contact's timeline • Adds a person to your CRM in one click from their profile, with the source and pipeline stage you choose • Shows whether someone is already in your CRM, and opens their record • Works on regular LinkedIn and Sales Navigator pages you open yourself • If your administrator turns replies on, places a reply you wrote in the CRM into LinkedIn's message box — you review it and press LinkedIn's own Send WHAT IT NEVER DOES • Never sends messages, connection requests, likes, comments, or posts • Never browses LinkedIn on its own or loads pages in the background • Never reads pages you haven't opened • Never sells or shares your data The extension only works for people whose company uses Ninja Prospecting CRM. An administrator turns it on for the workspace, and each person connects their own copy from Settings → LinkedIn in the CRM.
