Magic Ref Web Clipper

Save images and some videos from the web to your Magic Ref boards. Requires the Magic Ref desktop app (Windows).

Magic Ref Web Clipper saves images from the web straight into your boards in Magic Ref, a visual reference board app for illustrators, designers and animators. Requires the Magic Ref desktop app for Windows. The extension talks only to the app on your own PC. HOW IT WORKS • Point at an image and press "Magic save", or right-click it and choose "Save to Board". • Collect as many images as you like in the save panel, even across tabs, then choose a board and save them all at once. • Pick the board from your recent boards, or search all of them. • Each image is saved with the page it came from, so you can always go back to the source. SITES WITH EXTRA SUPPORT • Sakugabooru: save the original video file (not the preview) together with its tags. Search results get a small "Magic save" button under each thumbnail. • pixiv and X: save every image of a post at once, in the original size. • Everywhere else, any image on the page can be saved. WHEN MAGIC REF IS CLOSED Saves wait in the extension and arrive in Magic Ref the next time it starts. With "Browser integration" turned on in Magic Ref's settings, the browser can hand them to Magic Ref right away, even while its window is closed. PRIVACY Everything stays on your PC. The extension sends images only to the Magic Ref app on your computer (127.0.0.1). Nothing is sent to us or to anyone else, and there is no tracking or analytics. Interface in English and Japanese.
