Open an order in ProABD, click once, and InvoiceLane builds the invoice for you in a new tab — order number, vehicles, price and the pickup and delivery details already filled in from the page you were just looking at. If you dispatch cars for a living, you already know the job: the order is on screen, all the details are right there, and you retype them into an invoice template anyway. InvoiceLane removes that step and nothing else. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open an order detail page in ProABD. 2. Click the Create Invoice button InvoiceLane adds to the page, or right-click and choose Generate Invoice. 3. The invoice opens in a new tab, filled in and ready. Print it or save it as a PDF from your browser. WHAT IT FILLS IN FOR YOU • Order number and invoice date • Every vehicle on the order, with line totals • Total due • Pickup and delivery locations, with contact names and phone numbers • The bill-to party, with their company, address and phone Your own company name, address, phone, email, logo and accepted payment methods are saved once in settings and reused on every invoice after that. NOTHING IS FINAL UNTIL YOU SAY SO The invoice opens as its own page before anything is printed, and every part of it can be corrected right there — a name, an address, a price, a line description, the invoice number itself. That matters more than it sounds. Without it, making one invoice read correctly means editing the order in ProABD and then remembering to change it back. Here the adjustment stays on the invoice and the order is left exactly as it was. If the invoice needs to go to a different party, switch the bill-to between pickup, delivery and shipper right on the page. IT SAVES WITH A NAME YOU CAN FILE Print it or save it as a PDF straight from your browser. It saves as "Invoice 12345.pdf", using the invoice number from the order, instead of the "document.pdf" you would otherwise rename by hand every time. Correct the invoice number on the page and the file name follows it. EVERYTHING STAYS ON YOUR COMPUTER InvoiceLane has no account and no server. It reads the order page you already have open, and it keeps your settings in Chrome's own storage on your machine. Your orders, your customers and your company details are never sent anywhere — not to us, not to anyone. The only thing InvoiceLane ever downloads is a small file of CSS selectors from dispatch.tools — when you install it, when Chrome starts, and once a day after that. This is what lets a fix reach you in minutes when ProABD changes their page layout, instead of waiting on an extension update review. That request sends nothing about you. FREE VERSION AND LICENCE The free version is the whole tool. Every invoice it produces is complete and ready to send — nothing is hidden, blanked out or watermarked across the page. Free invoices carry a small "Invoice created with InvoiceLane" credit at the foot. A licence removes that credit and includes a year of updates as ProABD changes their order pages. Your licence does not expire: if you stop renewing, InvoiceLane keeps working exactly as it is and your invoices stay clean. You simply stop receiving fixes for changes made after that.
