InvoiceCraftly — Invoice Capture shortens the path from completed work to a professional invoice. Select a service, task, milestone, deliverable, or other work description on a webpage. Right-click and choose Add to InvoiceCraftly. The selected text opens in the InvoiceCraftly side panel as an editable line item. Review the description, quantity, unit, and rate before anything is added to a document. Capture more work items if needed, then open the reviewed lines in InvoiceCraftly with the line items already filled in. Invoice is the default and primary workflow. When the work is not ready to bill yet, the same reviewed line items can also open as a Quote or Estimate. Designed for freelancers, consultants, contractors, agencies, and small businesses that regularly turn work descriptions into billable line items. What you can do • Capture only the work text you explicitly select. • Review and edit descriptions before handoff. • Add quantity, unit, and rate. • Keep multiple line items in a temporary browser-session queue. • Create an InvoiceCraftly invoice with the reviewed lines already filled in. • Use the same reviewed lines for a Quote or Estimate when appropriate. • Use the workflow on ordinary selectable text in browser-based documents, spreadsheets, email, project portals, freelance marketplaces, issue trackers, and other webpages. Privacy-first by design Invoice Capture does not automatically scan or scrape webpages. It does not request host permissions, browsing-history access, active-tab access, scripting permission, or content scripts. Captured work stays in Chrome browser-session memory while you review it. The extension does not send captured text, quantities, units, rates, or browsing history to an InvoiceCraftly API or extension analytics service. When you create an Invoice, Quote, or Estimate, the reviewed line items are handed to InvoiceCraftly through a user-directed URL fragment and become ordinary browser-local document data. One clear purpose Invoice Capture has one job: turn work details you deliberately select into reviewed line items and open those lines in InvoiceCraftly. Invoice stays the default; Quote and Estimate are closely related document modes for the same capture workflow. Invoice Capture is not an automatic scraper and does not claim an official integration with the websites where you choose to use it.
