Overview

Connect your SaaS portals to fetch invoices automatically. Runs in your already-authenticated browser session; no passwords stored.

Spend less time hunting down invoices. Invoflux Portal Connect pulls invoices from supplier portals that don't email them (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, ChatGPT, Miro, eMAG) and adds them straight to your Invoflux dashboard. HOW IT WORKS The extension runs the fetch in your own browser session, using the accounts you're already signed into. You pick a date range, click "Fetch invoices", and the extension opens the supplier's billing page (or order history for eMAG), downloads the invoice PDFs available on your account, and uploads them to Invoflux. No passwords. No stored cookies. Nothing to configure per vendor. WHAT YOU GET - Invoices from Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, ChatGPT, Miro, and eMAG, collected into your Invoflux dashboard - A date-range picker so you only fetch the period you need - Multi-company support: switch the active company in the side panel and each invoice lands under the right one - Works with the full Invoflux pipeline: automatic data extraction, bank-transaction matching, and optional mirroring to Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, Box, or SharePoint WHAT WE DON'T DO - We never see your portal username or password - We never store your portal session cookies - We don't access pages you haven't asked us to fetch from - We don't sell your data or use it for advertising or model training WHY THE BROAD SITE ACCESS Each supplier hosts its invoice PDFs on a different domain (and some, like Stripe-powered billing pages, redirect through several), so the extension needs permission to read those pages and download the files. It reads your Invoflux session token only to attribute uploaded invoices to your account. GETTING STARTED Requires an Invoflux account. Sign up at https://invoflux.com, install the extension, open the side panel, connect a supplier, and click "Fetch invoices". Have a portal you'd like supported, or run into an issue? Reach us through your Invoflux dashboard.
