InviteJam for Chrome keeps your online invitations and RSVPs in your toolbar. See who has replied, copy any guest's own invite link and add guests from a spreadsheet, an email or a web page. Turn a picture into an invitation without leaving the page you are on. InviteJam is an online invitation maker and RSVP tracker. You design a digital invitation, send each guest their own link and keep every reply in one place, from the first invite to the final headcount. The extension brings your events and guest lists into Chrome, so they are always a click away. FEATURES • Replies at a glance. Your events in one list, with who is going, who can't go, who said maybe and who has not replied yet. Events with new replies come first, and drafts and paid events are marked. • New replies on the toolbar icon. While you are signed in, InviteJam checks your events every 15 minutes and shows the number of new replies on its icon. Open the popup and the count clears. • Guest lists and invite links. Open an event's guests to see each person's reply. Once the event is published, copy any guest's own invitation link and send it by text or in a chat. It suits a guest without an email, or one who cannot find their invitation. • Add guests from any page. Select names and email addresses in an email or on a web page, right-click and choose Add guests to InviteJam. Every guest appears in a list you can check, fix or untick. Pick the event and add them all at once. • Paste a guest list. Click Add guests on an event and paste your list: rows copied from a spreadsheet, the To line of a group email, or one guest per line. Names, email addresses and party sizes are read for you. • An invitation from any picture. Right-click a photo or a design on a website and choose Make an invitation with this picture. InviteJam's invitation maker opens with that picture as your design, ready for the envelope and the RSVP form. PNG, JPEG and WebP pictures work. If a site does not let the extension read a picture, it says so, and you can upload the picture on InviteJam instead. • A guide built in. Click Help in the popup for a step-by-step guide to each feature. HOW TO USE 1. Add InviteJam to Chrome, then pin it from the puzzle-piece menu so its icon stays in the toolbar. 2. Click the InviteJam icon and sign in, or create a free account. 3. Click Guests on an event to see its replies and copy guest links, or click Add guests to paste a list. 4. On any page, right-click selected text to add guests, or right-click a picture to start an invitation. 5. Click Help whenever you want the step-by-step guide. WAYS HOSTS USE IT • A guest list in a spreadsheet. Copy the rows, click Add guests on your event and paste them. Check the list, then add everyone in one go. • Guests scattered across emails and messages. Select them where they are, right-click and add them, or paste them all into Add guests. • A guest who lost their invitation. Copy their own invite link from the popup and send it in a text. • Keeping count before the day. The icon shows new RSVPs as they arrive, so you know your headcount without opening the website. • A photo for the invitation. Start the invitation from your own photo, or a design you have permission to use. ONLINE INVITATIONS FOR EVERY OCCASION InviteJam makes digital invitations for birthday parties, kids' parties, weddings and save-the-dates, baby showers, dinner parties, graduations and work events. Each guest's invitation arrives in an envelope addressed to them by name. They open it in any browser and reply in a few taps, without an app or an account. You keep the guest list, the replies and the headcount together, and can send reminders to the guests you are waiting on. InviteJam is free to start, with no card needed. The extension is free. GOOD TO KNOW • Your guests do not need the extension or an InviteJam account. They reply from their own invitation. • The extension uses your InviteJam account: the events and guests you see in Chrome are the ones on invitejam.com. • It works in Chrome on a computer, on Windows, Mac, Linux and ChromeOS. Chrome on phones and tablets does not run extensions. • The extension is in English. PRIVACY Nothing is read from a page until you choose one of the two right-click items. The picture or the guests you choose go to InviteJam and nowhere else. Phone numbers are shown to help you check your list, and are not kept: a guest without an email gets their own link to send by text. Your sign-in stays in this browser. The extension has no ads and no analytics. InviteJam never sells or shares your data.
