InvenioIndex Sync connects your marketplace seller pages to your InvenioIndex account so inventory stays matched and listing drafts take seconds instead of retyping. **What it does** • Sync active listings from Poshmark, Depop, Vinted, and Facebook Marketplace into InvenioIndex • Match listings to inventory items (or flag ones that need a manual match in Settings) • Open a pre-filled create-listing draft from an inventory item (photos, title, price, details) • Optionally enable Poshmark auto-listing so InvenioIndex can create listings with your laptop off **How to use** 1. Install the extension and sign in at invenioindex.com 2. Open the extension popup — enter your Poshmark username and click Sync 3. For Depop / Vinted / Facebook: open your own selling/listings page, then use the on-page Sync button 4. From InvenioIndex inventory, use Draft on Depop / Vinted / Facebook to open a prefilled form 5. Click “Enable auto-listing on Poshmark” once while logged into poshmark.com 6. Click “Allow photo uploads” once so drafts can attach photos hosted outside marketplace CDNs Requires a free InvenioIndex account.
