Live captions and workflow support for professional OPI and VRI interpreters.

INTRCO keeps live captions, translation support, terminology tools, and temporary Notes beside professional OPI and VRI calls. Open the authenticated INTRCO workspace in Chrome's side panel so you can follow the conversation without replacing your existing browser-based call workflow. Choose the supported audio path that fits the call: • SYSTEM — select a Chrome-supported tab, window, or screen and enable shared audio. • MIC — use an approved microphone after Chrome grants access. • BOTH — combine supported shared audio and microphone audio into one mono live-processing stream. Interpreter workflow tools include: • live captions and translation support; • language-pair selection and speaker/source labels; • Pinyin display where supported; • Word Mapping for recurring terms; • finalized-caption copy; • Translation Helper; • temporary Notes; • session controls and remaining-time status. An INTRCO account with available time is required to start a live session. Sign-in and authorization use the production INTRCO website. SYSTEM, MIC, and BOTH always require an explicit Start action and the relevant Chrome or operating-system permission. Available shared audio depends on Chrome, the operating system, and the surface selected by the user. Raw audio is sent from the browser directly to the configured live speech provider for transcription and translation. INTRCO does not keep raw audio, captions, translations, Helper text, or Notes as a conversation archive. See the Privacy & Security page for the complete data-handling description.
