Support and enhance IntraActive InfoScreen

This extension is designed for headless info screens, such as a TV screen which needs to show a certain page at all times. Commonly used for dashboards or slide shows. Intermittent connection issues may cause a screen to fail - and by using this extension, the browser will automatically retry and recover and show the correct web page whenever the connection issue is resolved. This extension is developed by IntraActive and designed for the IntraActive Infoscreen but could be used for any other infoscreen.
