Intoola Recruit helps students turn a school, company, and target position into an organized networking list — so you can find people to reach out to about internships, full-time roles, and career advice, without spending hours searching and guessing who to contact. It also gives you AI-powered feedback on your resume and cover letter, so your outreach and your application materials improve together. If you're trying to break into a company or industry, one of the best moves is reaching out to alumni or people with something in common who already work there. The hard part is building that list — manually tracking down the right people takes hours, and there's no easy way to keep track of who you've already messaged. Intoola Recruit turns that into a repeatable workflow: tell it the school, company, and position you're targeting, and let it recommend potential contacts, enrich them with emails, organize them, and export the results — then use its built-in AI to sharpen the resume and cover letter you send along the way. HOW IT WORKS Open the Intoola Recruit side panel and enter a school, a company, and a position (or keyword) you're targeting. Click "Find Connections" to get an initial set of recommended contacts, or "Find All Connections" to keep going and surface more matches. Click "Add Emails" to look up work emails for the people you've collected who don't already have one — helpful when you need a direct way to reach someone. Export your list to CSV, or save it to Tracking to build a running list for that company you can revisit as you work through your outreach. Upload your resume and/or cover letter — plus the job description, if you want tailored notes — to get AI feedback, then keep chatting to ask for prioritization, explanations, or rewrite examples. AI resume and cover letter feedback — Upload a resume, cover letter, or both (PDF, DOCX, or TXT) for AI-generated feedback, with an optional job description upload for role-specific, ATS-aware suggestions. The review continues as a chat, so you can ask follow-up questions, get edits prioritized, or see rewrite examples.
