Intoola Recruit helps students turn a filtered LinkedIn company "People" page into an organized networking list — so you can find people to reach out to about internships, full-time roles, and career advice, without spending hours scrolling and copy-pasting. It also gives you AI-powered feedback on your resume and cover letter, so your outreach and your application materials improve together. If you're trying to break into a company or industry, one of the best moves is reaching out to alumni or people with something in common who already work there. The hard part is building that list — LinkedIn buries it in endless scrolling, and there's no easy way to keep track of who you've already messaged. Intoola Recruit turns that into a repeatable workflow: filter on LinkedIn like you normally would, then let Intoola Recruit collect, enrich, organize, and export the results — and use its built-in AI to sharpen the resume and cover letter you send along the way. HOW IT WORKS Open a company's LinkedIn "People" page and filter by your school (or keyword, title, location, etc.) to surface alumni and other people worth reaching out to. Click the Intoola Recruit icon to open the side panel, then hit "Find Connections" to capture what's currently visible, or "Find All Connections" to keep going through the rest of the filtered results. Click "Add Emails" to look up work emails for the people you've collected who don't already have one — helpful when a LinkedIn message alone won't cut it. Export your list to CSV, or save it to Tracking to build a running list for that company you can revisit as you work through your outreach. Upload your resume and/or cover letter — plus the job description, if you want tailored notes — to get AI feedback, then keep chatting to ask for prioritization, explanations, or rewrite examples.
