What you can do: Activities: Filter by date range, select one or many activities, then copy or download the full data as JSON or CSV in one click. Bulk ZIP Export: Select multiple activities and download them together as a single ZIP file for easier backup, sharing, or analysis. Compare Workouts: Select two workouts and compare their key data side by side, making it easier to spot differences in effort, pacing, power, heart rate, and overall performance. Fitness Snapshot: View your current CTL, ATL, TSB, ramp rate, HRV, sleep, and weight at a glance. Workout Library: Browse your saved workouts and download them in your preferred format, including .zwo, .fit, .mrc, or .erg.
