Keep the social and specific links/videos part of social media sites so you can keep using them when you *intend* to without getting sucked into endless scrolling. When you click on direct links to social media sites they will still work, it's just the homepages and feeds that won't. Block algorithmic feeds on popular social media platforms while preserving access to content you actually intend to see, such as messages and direct links, instead of mindlessly scrolling.
