Intent Gate

Pause before selected sites, break browsing loops with gentle reminders, and review your intentions.

Browse with purpose. Intent Gate adds a short pause before the websites you choose, so you can write what you came to do before continuing. Choose protected hostnames and a wait time. The gate asks for a written intention, then shows a small reminder on the page. Review local visit counts, active browsing time and intention history in the dashboard, or export your history as CSV. Optional Loop reminders help interrupt returns between selected sites. Manual Tired mode adds an extra pause. A configurable nightly self-check can ask whether you want to enable Tired mode on authorized sites and the extension's own pages. It does not detect fatigue or make health assessments. Site access is requested when you add or enable a site. Your settings and activity stay in this browser profile. There are no accounts, ads, analytics, remote services or external network requests in the extension. Daily statistics use a 6 AM local boundary. The nightly check is enabled by default for 9 PM through 2 AM; you can change or disable it. Loop reminders start off. Exact hostnames and their standard www aliases are included; other subdomains must be added separately.
