Intake call recorder for Meet/Teams — Oorwin jobs, Groq transcripts, Pluto handbook sync.

Intake Recorder is PeopleLogic’s internal tool for recording recruiter intake calls on Google Meet and Microsoft Teams. WHAT IT DOES • Record meeting audio (tab + optional microphone) from the side panel • Link each recording to an Oorwin job from Pluto, or log a new-client call • Transcribe calls with Groq and upload recordings/transcripts to PeopleLogic cloud storage • Send transcripts to Pluto to enrich job handbooks or save unassigned calls for Job Wizard WHO IT’S FOR Employees with a @peoplelogic.in Google account. Connect Pluto once, search jobs by Oorwin ID, record, and stop — the extension handles transcription and sync. REQUIREMENTS • Sign into Chrome with your PeopleLogic work Google account • Connect Pluto in the extension • Microphone permission (optional but recommended for your side of the call) • An active Google Meet or Microsoft Teams meeting tab SUPPORT Internal use only.
