Instrumetriq tracks social chatter levels, tone shifts, funding rates, open interest, and whale positioning for 250+ crypto coins - Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and the long tail - without leaving your exchange tab. Data refreshes roughly every 50 minutes. This is a passive awareness tool. It does not generate trading signals, price predictions, or financial advice of any kind. AI SUMMARY Each coin card ends with a short plain-language summary that ties the numbers together - chatter level, tone shift, volume, funding, open interest, and whale lean in one or two sentences. Generated on demand when you view a coin, cached per update cycle. CHATTER LEVEL Every coin is rated against its own 30-day baseline engagement on X: Quiet, Active, Buzzing, or Spiking. The underlying metric accounts for likes, retweets, poster reach, and post count. TONE TREND NLP classifies posts as positive, negative, or neutral and computes a shift relative to each coin's own historical baseline. When there is not enough data to be confident, the label says why - "Too few posts" or "Unclear tone" - instead of showing a guess. CHATTER VOLUME The raw numbers behind the level: posts and unique authors in the last update window. Hover them for the engagement underneath - likes, retweets, and the combined follower reach of the people posting - and hover the row label for the engagement coefficient and how it compares to the coin's own 30-day average. DERIVATIVES DASHBOARD For each coin's perpetual futures contract: Funding rate - are longs or shorts paying? Shown as a percentage per 8-hour cycle. Open interest flow - rising, falling, or stable? Absolute OI in USD included. Whale positioning - top-account long/short ratio vs. the market-wide distribution. A few coins are spot-only on Binance; those show "No futures contract" instead. ENGAGEMENT CHART Interactive sparkline with tone-colored bars, grouped into ~2-hour windows in Cycle view - the newest bar always reflects the very latest update. Switch between cycle (7 days), daily (30 days), or weekly (4 weeks) views. Hover any bar for the exact time window it covers. Log scale keeps spikes visible without flattening everything else. AUTO-DETECTION Opens to the coin you're viewing on 20+ major exchanges and crypto info sites. Detection reads the tab URL only - no code is injected into the page.
