Sets all instructables default to View All Steps [me@nishantarora.in]

Going through all steps in instructables is irritating. The first thing I do when I start reading an instructable is find the "View All Steps" button and read all steps altogether. This extension will automate that. This is blazing fast, and unlike other available extensions, it won't refresh your page. Instead it will by default take you to the all steps page for all instructables.
