Some tweaks to instapaper.com

This extension tweaks the layout of instapaper.com and adds some keyboard shortcuts. Press ? on instapaper.com for all the shortcuts. Press Ctrl + i on any other web site to add an article to your instapaper account. 07-03-2014: Time permitted to get it mostly working with the new site design. #ymmv 08-30-2013: the site redesign broke almost everything. Disabling stuff for now. I'll bring it back as time permits 03-24-2013: added ability to archive from the article text view 09-13-2012: added option to reverse the sort order of unread articles
