Overview

Instant google serarch from the current page. Highlight the text and click the search icon. Search results will be shown in a popup.

This extension lets you run an instant google search from the current page you are viewing. Just highlight the text that you want to search and click the search icon shown next to the highlighted text. Then A popup window will appear with the google search results. Your comments are always welcome.

ok, but it doesn't open a new search tab but a new search page is inconvenient

It's a simple idea, nothing dramatic, but it delivers on that idea in spades. It does what it says it will, and does it well. With surprising speed, it has become an absolutely indispensable tool for browsing the internet. Fantastic work.
