Overview

Translate Instagram DMs between Polish and English in real time. Live captions, rewrite-before-send, and optional DeepL.

Instagram DM Translator adds live Polish ⇄ English translation to Instagram Direct Messages on the web. Incoming English messages get a Polish caption under the bubble. Outgoing Polish is rewritten to English before you send. Open instagram.com/direct, keep the PL⇄EN toggle on, and type. Features • Incoming English → Polish subtitles under chat bubbles • Outgoing Polish → English rewrite on Enter / Send • Free Google Translate engine with MyMemory fallback • Optional DeepL if you paste your own API key • Optional LanguageTool grammar fix after translation • Persistent translation cache that survives refresh • Live word, character, and message stats in the popup This extension only translates Instagram DMs between Polish and English. Message text is sent to translation APIs so it can be converted. It is not sold, not used for ads, and not stored on a developer server.
