Input Forge
Overview
Apply deliberate edge-case strings to one chosen form field without submitting the form.
Input Forge is a manual form-field stress test. Launch it on the active page, click one supported text input or textarea, and apply cases such as empty input, long text, combining characters, right-to-left text, emoji, newlines, leading zeros, and punctuation. Its on-page unit reports basic outcomes such as HTML validity, value normalization, a missing programmatic label, or horizontal overflow. Restore Original or close the unit to put the original field value back when the element still exists. The extension never clicks Submit. It dispatches normal input and change events, however, so a website with autosave or live validation may itself react or send data; use it on pages where that is acceptable. It does not run on other tabs without a new click.
